How can I best prepare for JTL Connect to get the most out of it?

A few weeks before the event, we’ll launch our own event app, which you can use to prepare thoroughly for the programme. If you book a ticket, you’ll automatically be notified by email when the app launches.

Are there networking opportunities, and how can I make relevant contacts?

Networking is a central goal of JTL Connect. There will be plenty of opportunities to connect with retailers, partners and industry experts.

How does registration work?

Registration takes place via the registration forms linked on this page. Behind the scenes, we use the Let’s get digital! platform to give you the best possible event experience. Tickets are sent by email. You can also load your tickets directly into the event app.

Where does JTL Connect 2026 take place?

JTL Connect is being held at XPOST Cologne for the third time – as a former parcel centre, it’s the perfect setting for an e-commerce event. Built in 1895, the listed building offers modern event spaces across 6,000 square metres. A particular highlight is the atmospheric vaulted cellar, with columns and arches over a hundred years old.

Is parking available on site?

Yes, there are car parks at XPOST reserved specifically for JTL Connect visitors. However, as XPOST is located in Cologne city centre, we recommend travelling by public transport if you can.

What’s the best way to reach JTL Connect by public transport?

XPOST is only around 1.5 km from Cologne city centre and the main railway station, and is excellently connected to public transport. The nearest station is Köln Hansaring, served by regional lines S6, S11, S12, S19 and RB25, as well as tram lines 12 and 15. From there, it’s about a 10-minute walk to XPOST.

Are there places to stay nearby?

Yes, we recommend the Motel One Köln-Mediapark, within walking distance of XPOST.

Is JTL Connect accessible?

In general, XPOST is accessible. There’s a lift in the entrance area that takes you to the floor where the show is held. If you have specific requirements, feel free to speak to us on site or email us in advance.
