Manuel Pietzsch has been at JTL for 15 years and likes to build software together with the people who use it every day. Together with David Schonebeck, this session is the starting point for exactly that kind of exchange around Cloud ERP.

90 minutes in which the room has at least as much to say as the stage. Manuel and David show what Cloud ERP can already do today and then ask the questions that really matter: „Where does your day to day work hit a wall when you’re away from your desk?“ „What do you reach for in that moment, your smartphone, a browser or another tool, because ERP isn’t there with you?“ „What would need to work in the cloud before you would trust it alongside your local system?“

Together we build a working returns operation and put it to the test. We set up all of it: the return form, return rules and automations. Then you submit real returns, and we process them in realtime in the return portal and show how the same flow runs in the warehouse.
