The JTL Academy Day is the perfect kickoff to JTL Connect, a full day of hands-on learning, inspiration, and direct interaction with our experts. Together with our Product Owners, developers, and selected partners, you’ll experience live demonstrations of how our solutions for logistics, scalability, sales, and AI solve even the most complex eCommerce challenges. You’ll leave with practical insights, concrete use cases, and actionable knowledge you can immediately apply to your own business.

What to expect
Choose from four specialized learning tracks, each focused on a different area of eCommerce. Every track includes three 90-minute deep-dive sessions dedicated to a specific JTL product or solution. Since all four tracks run simultaneously, you’ll select one session during each time slot, allowing you to customize your own Academy Day experience.
With just 30 to 50 participants per session, you’ll have plenty of opportunities to ask questions, exchange ideas, and connect directly with our product experts.

After the Academy Day, we’ll wind down the evening together: the Pre-Connect is a relaxed kick-off in a laid-back atmosphere – for everyone arriving a day early. The perfect chance to make your first connections in peace, before the big stage calls the next day.

Connect — 6 stages, one ecosystem

On the main day, you’ll hear all the latest news and innovations from the JTL universe, while also getting an update on the most important topics in e-commerce. That way, you’ll be ready to actively help shape the future and be among the winners of the current AI momentum. From 09:30 until early evening, the full programme runs across six stages, alongside our Guided Tours, which take you straight to your favourite topics.
