How can I best prepare for JTL Connect to get the most value out of it?

A few weeks before the event, we’ll launch our own event app, which lets you prepare thoroughly for the program. If you book a ticket, you’ll automatically be notified by email when the app launches.

Are there networking opportunities, and how can I make targeted, relevant contacts?

How does registration work?

Registration is handled through the registration forms linked on this page. Behind the scenes, we use the Let’s get digital! platform to give you the best possible trade show experience. Tickets are sent by email. You can also load your tickets directly into the event app.

Where does JTL Connect 2026 take place?

JTL Connect is returning to XPOST Cologne for the third time – as a former parcel center, it’s the perfect location for an e-commerce event. Built in 1895 and listed as a historic monument, the building offers modern event spaces spanning 6,000 square meters. A special highlight is the atmospheric vaulted cellar with its columns and arches, over a hundred years old.

Is parking available on site?

Yes, there are parking spaces at XPOST reserved specifically for JTL Connect visitors. However, since XPOST is located in Cologne’s city center, we recommend using public transport if possible.

What’s the best way to reach JTL Connect by public transport?

XPOST is only about 1.5 km from Cologne’s city center and main train station, and is excellently connected to public transport. The nearest station is Köln Hansaring, reachable via the regional lines S6, S11, S12, S19, RB25, as well as tram lines 12 and 15. From there, it’s about a 10-minute walk to XPOST.

Are there accommodation options nearby?

Yes, we recommend the Motel One Köln-Mediapark, within walking distance of XPOST.

Is JTL Connect wheelchair accessible?

In general, XPOST is accessible for visitors with disabilities. There’s an elevator in the entrance area that takes you to the floor where the trade show is held. If you have specific requirements, feel free to speak with us on site or email us in advance.
